Today I cut down 3 trees and ground out the stumps. The intention is to completely redesign the garden with new trees in other places. Where the existing trees have been felled, a number of espaliered trees are now being planted.
The branches have been shredded in the garden to provide very good ground cover for the plants. I saw the logs into pieces that could be lifted and brought them to the trailer with the wheelbarrow and I removed them.
Customers often ask what I do with the trunks and branches that I dispose of. I dispose of all pruning and felling waste at green recycling companies. They shred all wood (including thick trunk wood) and turn it into compost. I have to pay for the deposit. The rates for dumping vary from 50 to 100 euros per tonne of weight.

Here I am already halfway up the first tree. By climbing with a specialized tree climbing harness and belay lines, I have two hands free to saw off the branches with a chainsaw as safely as possible.

And there it goes... the second peak floats here between heaven and earth.
Once everything has been cut down and the branches in the garden have been shredded, the grinding of the stumps can begin. This way, a beautiful garden can be created over it or a beautiful terrace or a roof, etc.
